SHC Digital are a Birmingham Digital Marketing Agency formed out of the desire to do something a little different. So after years being in-house and agencies, SHC founder Sally Hawkesford decided to go it alone and deliver a slightly different approach to the traditional digital agency model.
Instead of offering clients' services based on specific channels, our Birmingham Digital Marketing agency offers a targeted approach that works to implement multi-channel campaigns. Therefore we combine killer creative with well-targeted digital media to reach audiences when and where they are most active. This essentially delivers more than just impressions and clicks. Our digital marketing agency thrives on working with clients to help drive real business change (whatever that might be).

Founder & Director
Sally has over 10 years' experience working in digital marketing within in-house roles and agencies. Sally has extensive consumer experience, specialising in ecommerce, to deliver more bang for clients' buck and delivering a return on ad spend. Sally loves nothing more than a good old chat about attribution models and data matching to help understand the true performance of digital media.
Kirstie has a wealth of experience working in digital media both client-side, agency-side and as a successful freelancer. Kirstie combines an advanced understanding of paid advertising with creative flair, talent for content production and passion for delivering meaningful brand campaigns. Kirstie loves helping clients bring their story to life, and making sure it gets seen by the right people.
Senior Account Executive
After graduating with a masters degree in Future Media from Birmingham City University, Kimberley now prides herself on knowing everything there is to know about the latest innovations in all things digital. As the eyes and ears for our clients, Kimberley keeps everyone up to date on all the latest things and pushes us to be an innovative and thought-provoking agency.
